(*) MEMBERS refer to any member of RSEQ, (Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry), the RSEF (Spanish Royal Society of Physics as well as the SPQ (Portuguese Society of Chemistry).
(**) Students are asked to send an oficial document from their university to justify their current enrolment

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION
The registration fee includes: attendance to the scientific sessions, congress documentation, coffee breaks, poster sessions, welcome cocktail and common activities.
For accompanying people, the registration fee includes: welcome cocktail and the social program.

RESERVE AND PAYMENT
Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations.

Full paymet is required for receive the confirmation receipt
The paymet must be made on Euros. Payment options as follows:
  • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to the bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
  • Bank Transfer: Once you choose this method of payment, you will receive the necessary data from our bank account to make the payment.
  • Banco Sabadell: ES 06 0081 0292 76 0001183926

In the case of bank transfers, please don’t forget to state the “Inscripción Bienal RSEQ +NAME + SURNAME” of the attendee as well as the conference ID when making the payment.
If you are awarded a partial registration grant, please state the acronym of the grant awarded in the transfer.

CONFIRMATION RESERVE 
Once payment is received. Grupo Pacifico will send to you the confirmation receipt. Please review the documentation carefully.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
All cancellations or changes of name must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Cancellations received until 24 March 2021, shall be entitled to a refund of 100% of the registration fee except €50 for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received until 25 May 2021, shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations received later than 25 May 2021, shall not be entitled to any refund.
  • No partial or total refunds will be made if conferences are cancelled due to speakers failing to attend or other changes in the programme.
